Refund policy

If you fail the official certification exam after using CertCLR practice, you can request a refund when you meet the rules below.

Our promise

If you purchase full exam access (not on a discount or offer), save your legal name in time, study with our materials, take the official vendor exam, and do not pass, you may request a full refund of that exam’s access fee within the window below.

Eligibility rules

  1. My details first. Within 1 day of buying an exam, open Exam access → ⋮ → My details and enter your full legal name. That name is frozen and used for all exams.
  2. Proof required. Submit an image or scanned copy of the official failed exam score report (result), and/or a Certily / certificate verification link, from your account page.
  3. No practice after filing. If you continue practice on that exam after submitting a refund case, the case is automatically cancelled.
  4. No discounts. Discounted products and coupon offers are not refundable.
  5. Study period. You cannot claim a refund for a fail within the first 15 days after purchase — you must take a reasonable length of time to study. The refund option appears after 14 days.
  6. Request window. You must request your refund within 20 days of buying the exam. After day 20 the option closes.

How to request

  1. Buy the exam and, within 1 day, save My details (legal full name).
  2. Practice and take the official vendor exam.
  3. From day 15 through day 20 after purchase, open Exam access → ⋮ → Request refund.
  4. Upload your failed report image and/or paste a Certily link.
  5. Wait for admin review — do not practice that exam while the request is pending.

Review

Our team approves the refund when the name, purchase, timing, and proof check out, or rejects it if something does not match. Refunds go to the original payment method when possible.
